Committed to creating opportunities and fun for children and families across Minnesota, Kelly is passionate about child development and sees play as a crucial component towards that. With a vision that change is a catalyst for good, Kelly joined Flagship as President in 2016. Along with her husband, Chad, Kelly believes that play is an experience that children and adults of all abilities should have the opportunity to enjoy.
Chad joined Flagship in 2016 with his wife Kelly, looking to contribute to the well-being of children and adults across Minnesota. In directing his passion towards design, construction, and innovation, Chad looks to create opportunities for everyone and anyone to play. Chad believes in establishing long lasting relationships with those who share that sentiment and works to advance the cause of play and wellness every day.
A lifelong parks and recreation professional, Brett joined Flagship in April 2016 looking to fuel his passion for play and community. Passionate about the potential every space has, Brett believes that a "playground is much more than just a playground". Brett looks to engage on a local level to learn the story behind his projects and in turn design a space that reflects on the community.
Coming on board in 2015, Jaqui looks to live the Flagship mission everyday with her passion of the outdoors. Believing that nature can positively affect a person's mood, Jaqui brings the opportunity to play to that mindset, creating spaces for everyone to enjoy. Seeing Minnesota as an amazing place to explore, Jaqui works to impact communities across the Land of 10,000 Lakes.
Coming to Flagship in 2013 with 20+ years of experience in the field, "Zoeb" works at Flagship in a number of capacities. Driven by a passion to provide a safe and positive play experience for all children, Zoeb sees Minnesota as the ultimate opportunity to live and raise a family. Going across the state constructing, reviewing, and repairing play structures, Zoeb has received 100's of thank you's from children, thanking him for fixing their playground!
Kim joined the Flagship team in 2010 and with her extensive background in playground and play space development, has proven to be an invaluable resource for our clients. With an enthusiastic approach, Kim believes in the power of play and sees Minnesota an amazing place to live with opportunities around every corner.

Joining Flagship in 2016, Stacy is passionate about creating change on a local level across Minnesota. Working with communities across Northern Minnesota, Stacy is at home outdoors and believes that nature is an important setting that everyone should experience. Play is a passion for Stacy and he is dedicated to working every day to create better play environments for Minnesota communities.
Mike joined us in October 2018, bringing over 16 years of Logistics, Quality Assurance, and Operation Management experience. He leverages that background to ensure that all equipment and installations are sourced and executed to the quality we all expect.
He has a passion for mentoring children to see the beauty in the outdoors. Mike is also a leader in his community, always looking for ways to bring the community together!
Emily joined the Flagship Recreation Team in October 2019 and brought with her a background in civil engineering design, on-site construction inspection, and project management. She understands the delicate balance between optimizing design and simultaneously managing the financial goals of her clients. Emily believes that strong communication and a creative, play-centered mindset are what effectively differentiates the Flagship Team to communities across Minnesota.
Bailey joined the team in January 2021. She has been working with the public and private sectors to develop unique public spaces since 2014. She has a landscape designer background, where she has experience leading projects from conceptual to final design, construction administration, community engagement and project management. She leads her projects with her passion for creating unique and memorable spaces that represent each community. Bailey believes that parks have the ability to bring individuals together as well as aid in development for all ages and abilities.
